Black cherry and plum, liquorice, cassis and toasty oak notes

PALATE:
Full body, velvety, cocoa aromas and soft cinnamon spices, smooth tannins and dark fruits jam (black cherry, black plum).

FOOD PAIRING:
Combined to a nice juicy beefsteak, roast veal or even slow cooked pork brisket, this wine will show its wonderful complexity !

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Slightly chilled at 16°C

A true Cab’ taste, exquisite by its length and subtle final notes. A connoisseur wine!
