APPEARANCE:
Deep violet colour, almost pitch black, with garnet hints.
NOSE:
Candied Brandy cherry, dried blueberry and blackberry jam for the primary aromas, followed by a pleasant undergrowth, hints of rubber and smoke on the tertiary ones.
PALATE:
Round, bold with structured tannins, ripe cherry and black plum aromas followed by subtle notes of roasted almonds and toffee.
FOOD PAIRING:
Korean style marinated sirloin, Short ribs ragout, Chocolate fondue.
