APPEARANCE:
Brilliant purplish colour with ruby hints.
NOSE:
Very aromatic nose of fresh raspberry and slightly peppery blackberry, candied red plum, the primary aromas show a fruity nose of wild berries with hints of dry herbs. The tertiary ones show pleasant vanilla, macadamia and nutmeg.
PALATE:
Velvety texture for this fresh wine with mellow tannins and savoury dried plum notes, well-balanced acidity and juiciness. Amazingly long final.
FOOD PAIRING:
Pata Negra ham, char-grilled red meat and filet mignon.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
16°C
With its peppery hints, it is a wine to enjoy with char-grilled meats and cold cuts.

Merlot Rosé

APPEARANCE:
Brilliant deep salmon colour with ruby hints.
NOSE:
Blood orange, strawberry in cream, rose petal and touch of flint.
PALATE:
Lively and complex, with aromas of orange peel and fresh red berries, supple and flavourful!
FOOD PAIRING:
Spanish gazpacho, duck in orange sauce, Asian cuisine
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Slightly chilled at 12°C
This varietal rosé shows all the complexity of Merlot, with a twist of bitter fruitiness.
