APPEARANCE:
Deep garnet colour, with brownish hints.
NOSE:
Earthy notes followed by dried plum, mulberry and fig, touch of cinnamon and cocoa, hints of paprika and chalk.
PALATE:
Full body with well integrated tannins, this wine displays notes of cassis, blueberry and crushed blackberry followed by vanilla and toasty notes of elegant toasty notes of oak.

Ribeye steak, Duck confit, Chicken Massaman
