APPEARANCE:
Deep garnet colour with orange hues.
NOSE:
Elegant aromas of dried rose petal and violet, cassis, crushed cacao seeds and notes of undergrowth.
PALATE:
Powerful yet still fresh with smooth tannins, hints of blueberry and sour cherry fruits followed by cedar and blond tobacco notes; long, very long mocha finish.
FOOD PAIRING:
Duck magret with black berries sauce, roasted pigeon or quail, or even Forêt Noire dessert !
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Slightly chilled at 15°C
