APPEARANCE:
Deep dark garnet colour, with brownish hints.
NOSE:
Elegant nose of leather, smoke and soft pepper, typical of a Pinot noir yet rounder and warmer, with touches of dried cranberry and cherry.
PALATE:
Beautifully well balanced, it shows aromas of ripe red plum and cherry, smooth yet powerful tannins, and a dry, peppery finish with an amazing length.
FOOD PAIRING:
Jordanian Mixed grill, beef samboussek, Cheese platter
