Juicy, slightly spicy, this wine is more of a French Syrah than an Australian Shiraz; dry, mineral, the palate develops smoky notes surrounded by clove and nutmeg aromas.

Spicy Thai food, juicy burger with blue cheese, Boeuf bourguignon
