APPEARANCE:
Deep garnet colour with some orange reflection.

NOSE:
Spicy candied violet, cinnamon and clove, smoky notes ripe raspberry and black plum.

PALATE:
Fresh and juicy, with notes of toasty oak and liquorice, coffee and cacao seeds, with supple tannins and a long savoury finish.

FOOD PAIRING:
Barbecue chicken wings, Tenderloin, smoked brisket.
